Great TD1KV upgrade snare

Usual Roland quality and seamless upgrade to the Roland TD1KV set up - great having the extra playing surface and very nice feel

Best snare with positional sensing for the price

I have an old TDW20, and im going to say that if you have a Roland module that has positional sensing don't go cheap with other snare pads. This is the best for the price, and the module makes sure that you get the best sound of it. There are people concerned about "hotspot" issues, but this is no different from an acoustic snare feeling of hitting the center. It's top quality and resistant.

roland trigger pad

The Roland PDX-100 10" V-Drum Pad is designed and built to a very high standard with a sturdy feel and extremely solid construction ! As a dynamic pad there is a vast control over it's velocity curve and a great feel due to it's mesh drum head that feels like a well tuned snare drum. The rim of the drum reacts well as a second trigger and the rubber seal that covers the rim allows the surface to stay quiet which is helpful if you are playing at home with headphones on ! The pad can be used as a practise pad to work on rudiments etc and is light enough to carry around if you go away for the weekend or just want to use it as a warm up before a gig ! All in all, a great buy.
