I bought this as a birthday present for our drummer in a deathcore band and he's absolutely in love with it. It's loud, it does the "ksh ksh" very well, and it's just the sound you think of when somebody mentions a china cymbal. 10/10.

This is THE China to get from Sabian, in my opinion. Not abrasive at all, warm, feels buttery to play in, just superbly well balanced. Maybe paired with an AAX Xtreme or Holy China for options if you require something more cutting, but this is a choice of hard rock drummers and prog metal drummers alike.
Paiste 2002 Classic 19" Wild China

If you need a China for any sort of heavy application look no further. This china is perfect for metal or punk. It's big, its trashy, but despite it's "wild" moniker it's not impossible to control and fits very nicely into a lot of styles. As with all of the 2002 range its brilliantly made and sounds great (and the brilliant finish is always a nice touch). 5 Stars!

Really happy with this so far. I record in a small drum room, and the cymbals tend to come record quite harsh if I really lay into them. The great thing about this cymbal is it's thin, has a wider diameter, and with the holes in it, it really keeps that harshness in the China under control. It records quite musically. Really happy with it

Iv heard many a China over my 25+ years playing but this one.. this one is one of a kind! Iv never heard a China as good! Nice trashy and full of personality! This thing will talk you up from the other side of the room and wink at ya while doing it! Hand down, best China Iv ever heard!
