Sabian 21" HH RAW Bell Dry Ride

Awesome ride

I finally upgraded my ride cymbal after 20 years. I play mainly Rock/Metal/Prog oriented music and the Raw bell dry ride fits perfectly.

It was initially a bit heavier than I expected. The sound though, is awesome. I have the brilliant version and the sound is not overly pingy (metallic ping) but warm, dark and, yes, dry! The bell is really nice, it cuts through and has a warm and dark sound, which I like. The ride has some wash, but the heaviness enables you to hit it quite hard for a clear stick definition.

I'm so happy I bought this cymbal, it has everything I need and it's really versatile. If you like a darker, dry ride with a nice clear bell, this is your ride!
