The original and best for Manouche style guitars

I have tried lots of different strings for Manouche style playing, but I always come back to Argentines. Great strings and a great company who cares about its customers. A few years ago there was a production issue where there were a lot of dead A strings. When I contacted the company about it they sent me a few replacement packs, along with a complementary t-shirt with their logo on it.

I've been buying these strings for years and aside from the very brief period mentioned above, they have been very consistent with absolutely the best tone for that Django style.

Best strings around

I love these strings on my Gitane guitar. They are rich and warm but also have the necessary twang that's essential for Gypsy Jazz.

Authentic sound

I have limited experience with Maccaferi/Django style guitars and playing, so I bought the strings on the recommendation of a well-know guitar teacher in Dublin.

To my ears, these strings deliver an authentic 'Django-esque' tone, and the feel and tension are excellent.
