  • Handmade in Germany by master violin maker Florian Hertzsch
  • Modelled after the violins of Giovanni Paolo Maggini, whose violins often have a double vein on the edge, wide scrolls and long soundholes
  • The inlay work on this model is a homage to his teacher Gasparo da Salo - Maggini himself had provided the original with his own pattern
  • Due to the slightly larger body with a back length of 359 mm and the high arched top making this violin sound very powerful
  • Full and dark sound
