Schecter C-1 Apocalypse Red Reign

Nice metal axe

I'm pretty much 100% satisfied with it. Well finished, almost no finishing issues I could spot. Only one side marker like 0.4mm off but nobody won't notice it anyways. Frets are done also perfectly. No fret rocking, no sharp edges. The bridge is perfectly aligned. The tuners work great. Doesn't need truss-rod adjustments. I adjusted it only when I replaced the strings with much thicker ones when I got it and has been stable for months. Never had any issues with the knobs and pots, the sound changes in a very linear fashion. The Schecter made pickups sound great for metal and I guess they are in the same ballpark with any other high end pickups.

For reference, compared to the Jackson SL2Q, the neck feels just slightly thinner and as smooth. It sounds a bit heavier and has higher output pickups (I guess) compared to the Seymour Duncan JB-s on the SL2Q. TLDR; the quality, sound etc is much better. Also FYI, it is made in South Korea. Might even be the same factory that Chapman uses.
