Sounds great, but fragile build quality

The first handpan I purchased arrived with an out of tune note. It was weird, because the package didn't show any signs of hits, so it means that this is how the handpan was packaged before sent to me.

The second handpan I received (after sending back the first one) was okay. All was well until my 3 years old nephew hit one of the notes with his bear hand. The note is now out of tune and I have to send it back for repairs. Of course the warranty does not cover this issue, so I will have to pay for the delivery and the actual repair... Great.

You can imagine my surprise. If a 3 year old has enough power to detune a note, then I can only draw the conclusion that the build quality is not that great. You have to be extremely careful with it...

Also, another thing that buzzes me is that both handpans had visible dents on the flat surfaces.
