Ever since I got these I use them every single day and I love them. They come with different size tips. Since I have a lot of earwax they sometimes fall out after long use, but so did other earbuds, so its not their fault. As for comfort, they're sometimes a little uncomfortable with longer use and the case is a little big so it is definitely noticable when in your pants pockets. Other then that they are pretty comfortable and other people around you wont hear a thing no matter how loud they are. The long battery life ads to the comfort. I sometimes forget that you have to charge them because it last so long. The tone in my opinion is as good as I expected. To my untrained ear it sounds pretty well rounded. The build quality is good. Happy with these so far. Though the controls on the pods are invisible, almost touch screen like. So I find myself changing volume etc when I’m just readjusting the pods in my ears

Headphones are great. Assembly, control, sound I liked. Perhaps they are not very suitable for electronic music lovers, where there is a lot of bass. I listen to instrumentals on them and the sound is great. If there is little bass, then there are equalizer settings. I bought two pairs for myself and my wife, black and white. The black ones work great, but the white one has no sound. The battery, sensors and bluetooth work, but there is no sound. Sent them back. I hope this is a rare factory defect.
