Hugely versatile unit

It's a very well made piece of kit, it sounds amazing, plus.. it's stereo! Not to mention fully tweakable and programmable, via the app. If you 'get' tremolo, get this tremolo. It's the cat's whiskers.

More than just a tremolo

got this front loading amps, with the Mercury in front of it. The cool thing about it is when you link it to the hub.

Excellent

An innovative tremolo that sounds great, and takes advantage of the nes blootooth tech, so lots of algos available for free.

Classic Tremolo

Three classic amp tremolo modes: normal (blackface-style optical trem), harmonic (the phasy, two-tube brownface sound), and bias (that hypnotic Vox thing). And the simulations are perfect.

The sound is amazing, I never thought much of tremolo, the sound was over done during the 60's. However, giving this box a go has opened up a classic range of tones.

The three different modes are perfect, the harmonic mode is milder compared to the other two. I use that for jazz like sounds, the Vox Bias sound is slightly over driven, perfect for lead work. Standard is a solid tremolo sound with an overall resonance that is hard to describe, lovely full sound.

I use this tremolo sound most of the time at different speeds and depths.

Very easy pedal to use, you can store one preset into the pedal itself, a Hub external unit can be purchased that plugs into the pedal and presets and the Hub has an editor software - I have not tried the Hub yet, but intend to get that too.

The pedal is ready for connecting to software and DAW via usb. iPhone app is available, Android not yet, other software editors for preset storing and present sounds will be available for free download soon - Spring 2016. - Read about the full use of the various apps on the Source Audio website.

Out of the box, the Vertigo Tremolo offers tremendous tonal range, but beneath the surface resides a treasure chest of swirling effect possibilities. Connect the Vertigo to the Neuro Mobile App (a free download for Android or iOS devices) and access Source Audio?s free library of progressive tremolo patterns and hybrid modulation effects - each can be uploaded directly to the pedal. The Neuro App also offers an additional set of adjustable parameters including parametric EQ, wet/dry mix, tap tempo, and stereo separation. Plus, every One Series pedal is fully MIDI compatible when coupled with the Neuro Hub (formerly Soundblox Hub), giving you the power to save up to 128 presets.
