This mixer / interface / recorder - may not be for everyone - but it was definitely perfect for me. I looked for an all in one solution (after several years of being out of the music recording loop due to work etc.) . This one fit the said requirements perfectly - it's a mixer with more than enough connections for live recording including drum recording (which alone needs 8 mics in my setup) + other live instruments, it's a more than capable audio interface (up to 48kHz 24bit) for my DAW, and it's also a standalone multitrack recorder (which needs an SD card) - perfect for simple live recording without depending on a DAW in live situations (but which can of course be imported to the DAW later on for more advanced mixing and mastering). It's also rather visually appealing with a...

I've only used it for about 10 times and i allready love it.Compare to mark 2 has got good few extra features: -the effect could be edited, you could set up the number of milisec onds on delay or you could use the tap tempo button, etc. -nice filter for bass -built in sound card that could be used through usb(audio digital interface), midi ports. -it could record 4 chanels simultaneous, just need a laptop(comes with cubase le)and ready to go. What i don't like about it is the side handles and plastic cover could've been better quality. Overall it's a very good mixer.I'm delighted with it

I bought this mixer and i am very satisfied! It works without any problem or noise . It is very comfortable with the large faders and all the knobs feel good in hand. I use it with my band in our rehersal room for recording and for playing live. The built in effects are well designed and works fine for both studio and live. The eq also works great. While recording i am using an external effects unit through aux 3 (post) . When playing live all 3 aux used for monitoring. If i could add something to this mixer it would probably be one more aux send ,but if your needs are ok with 3 aux this mixer is a great choice!

I bought it for my band's rehearsal and it's very good. Multitracking is very useful - you can use it for small gigs and record them. Since we are using it we record every rehearsal we had. The quality is good but you have to be careful with the knobs - sometimes you can tilt them if you push them a little harder, but it's not a big problem. We didn't test Bluetooth yet but it's nice feature if you want to play something prerecorded on your show. Overall - I'm very satisfied with the quality and the price.

Hi guys I purchased this as an upgrade from a cheap mixer, the quality of the build is incredible for the price, individual circuit boards for each channel etc, usb in from pc to a proper input channel was a real asset, built like a tank, the Tonal quality and lack of any noise was apparent compared to the cheap mixer it replaced, unfortunately I couldn't get on with the fx settings on this mixer and so I sold it after a few months and purchased a digital mixer. Would have loved to keep it as my spare but it had to go. Cheers Kev
Radial Engineering Key-Largo

Incredibly solidly built and crystal-clear sound. It's simple, but it does what it's made for incredibly well. I guess it's fair to say that it's halfway between a mixer and a pedal -- and an audio interface. Only complaint is the lack of headphones out. Granted that depeding on how the venue is set, an in ear monitor might be provided by the FOH, but I still maintain that it should have had an headphone out. This, and possibly the lack of mute/solo buttons are the only complaints of mine. Other than that, all the rest is fabulous, and even the price, considering it has got a DI in it, isn't that much higher than what you would pay for a "normal" mixer and a DI box (or multiple DI boxes, if you've got more than 1 keyboard...). With the Key Largo, you simply hook your...

We're using this in our production and backup on air studio for a local radio station. USB soundcards are great, but it's also great that it has the ability to switch to a line input for other sources (e.g. a professional sound card). We're using Neumann TLM 49s which sound great on this mixer. USB control is also a plus. We're able to set it up to interface with out playout software. Also great to have the ability to listen to our FM return on the desk. VOIP is also good - especially with the talkback. Very satisfied with this mixer.

This is a great mixer, designed for live work and aimed directly at the working band. It has enough channel inputs to handle a four or five piece band, including mic-ing up the drums and is simple enough to use on the fly if you don't have a dedicated sound engineer (our drummer has the desk next to him at gigs). The build quality is very, very good at this price point - all of the knobs and sliders are mounted on the casing, not on the circut boards, which makes this a very robust piece of equipment. I've done over 100 gigs with this without a single problem. Feature wise, I would have liked to be able to select phantom power to individual channels rather than all channels on or all off, but at this price I was happy to compromise and to be honest, it hasn't been as big an issue as I...

i use many old sound cards in my retro pcs and i would have bought earlier... it helps a lot, great sound quality. the headphone is not mono of course - just the previous reviewer cannot use the mixer. very good pairing with the adam t5v. big con to the cheaper mixers: you can set the input level well, not just mix the output. i found smaller issues: * the usb interface is not so sophisticated, it works well, has great sound - but the sound level looks different to the mixer levels itself. eg the playing headroom is too big - i set ~50% of the volume to a good "average" input, but at the recording i had to overdrive the inputs to get the right recording level. * after disable the speaker output, it is not completely muted. a little bit confusing, for the headphone you got two...
Mackie ProFX10v3

My wife is an ex pro singer and use the Mackie Pro FX10v3 Mackie SRM 450 speakers for charity gig`s in Spain. At the gig`s we get very good feed back on the quality of sound and effects. being a solo singer and using backing tracks it?s size is small but has everything to give good sound and am constantly asked what I am using. The strength of volume with out distortion or feed back appears to shock other artists. the USB connection is second to none again enhancing the Quality of the input to output. I have used many combinations over 40 years of performing and this is the best so far! I can not fault this equipment!!
