Great alternative to a par

Upgrade from a std par can to the crowns and was blown away One did have a faulty PSU so quality not 100%

Full features packed into small housing

Lots of options and plenty of light from a small can.

The in built patterns are not very imaginative, but when directed by a controller not an issue.

Insanely bright in auto modes.

For a smaller dancefloor it is so bright that it almost scares people off.

It has one 16 channel DMX mode (which is not described in the manual) that gives you full control over all the colored leds and by thar you can let your DMX controller run a case with the desired brightness.

I use it with that mode and then i have full control from soft light to full sunshine.

Fantastic Light

The Stairville Crown FX LED light is well built and very, very, very bright easily filling any room! It has a good array fo solid colors and automatic shows. Perfect for dance floor wash as well as a more active shows. Do not hesitate to buy you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely superb lighting fixture

I bought two of these light fixtures to use on my mobile disco rig & use both regularly. They're insanely bright, lightweight & apparently almost a carbon copy of the Chauvet FX Par 9. I can't speak much for the built-in programs because I use them with DMX. Very bright, vivid colours, superb strobe & the UV has come in handy on more than one occasion too. Definitely recommend this fixture - 2 of these replaced a 4 head LED wash system

Very good product

The light is very intense, just one is enough for a huge room.

Also nice strobe FX.

I am using it only in Sound mode, you can choose between few programs, two of them are nice, one is only strobe and one is only colors. It would have been better if these 2 modes were merged.

Excellent but Minor quality issue

First the good....Excellent light output and features whilst testing. Can?t wait to get on the road with them with the band, Stobe is very bright as is the COB. Colour mix on COB is good too.

Now the bad... Quality control could do with improving. Tested in a simple set up, but then implemented into the rig, used the power through feature, nothing. No option but to open it up. The power was incorrectly wired up. Live and neutral wer both live on the power output. Thankfully I had a second unit to check against. Some simple rewiring and it was fixed.

Thankfully I check all my units before I use live...

Half Price Bargain

At around half the price these lights seem to be a near perfect clone of, they're a fantastic bargain not to be missed.

Pro's: huge output, well made, and a lot of light for your money.

Con's The sound to light response could be better, the remote could be improved (maybe that's me expecting it to do too much)
