First of all, i am really liking these lights as part of a basic light setup for a band.

DMX cables plugged in smoothly as did the euro plug power cables and power cable. All good and solid.

Better instruction on securing the light bracket/screws underneath the dmx power bar would have been a bonus, but this in no way diminishes the overal product package as i assume most people would have a basic knowledge already of putting these together or could watch youtube :-)

Anyway, straight from the box, all worked without problems for me. The LED lights working really well as independant lights, all flashing nicely in time to the music. leds are bright and colourful and solid construction throughout on each par unit.

Overall this setup works great with an additional dmx controller and all very easy to make some great mood lighting or small flashing disco effects.

For any newcomers to dmx (as I was) you may be reassured to know that this setup was relatively simple to get working as wanted as any info needed can be easily found on youtube/web and so setting the dip switches accordingly for use with a controllor was a painless task. Definitely useful bundle for anyone who uses a dmx controller because of the convenience of the dmx and power bar as a sturdy and tidy feature of this t bar.

For me the only negatives are the short power cable that comes with the power bar, this seems impractically short when wanting to plug the lights into the wall/floor height power points and so a longer cable would seem to be required for a more effective setup as part of this bundle.

i would definitely recommend this setup to anyone who wants a basic starting set of lights.
