i've been looking for lamp raplacement for old profile fixture. so we chose this as an option. socket fitted nice and tight. light output is very fine.

Do the job well but, I've now changed to LEDs as they last longer and there's no heat from them, and they use less electricity which in this day and age we should all be using sparingly.

I am very satisfied with product. The quality for the money is very good. We have 3-5 gigs in month and some lamps work for 2 years, but all lamps have dimmer switch. All lamps had different condition in use - outside, inside, some very dusty places, but always job is done well. In conclusion - best lamps for this price range.

The light is okay for it's price, for 300W I though it would be much brighter but it's not, not saying that It's not bright, but the light output for 300W was not what I expect. The NSP or NARROW SPOT ANGLE of the light is perfect though. Can't say about lifespan but I think it will work for a long time. I wish they have created an LED Version for this socket, it would be much brighter, Overall no quality concern or issues that I've noticed. So far it's great. Good Price for it's value.
