the smaler ones are only for smaler hands
this one , the 1/4 i will keeep and make a ukulele out of it
they all are good looking and sound good, for this price i recomend getting one ore, like i did more ;-)
good value
bought this for my 6 year old because he wanted to try and learn to play. Thats exactly what this is for and at the price range its basically disposable. It sounds like you would expect a ?29 guitar to but the build is fine and the finish is better than expected. My little lad has had fun making some strange noises and my too! All in all its good value.
Great Start Up Guitar For Little Ones
Bought this little gem of a guitar for my daughter but I think i may play it more than she does! it has a wonderful, mellow classic guitar tone. there was no problems with fret buzzing or intonation. Again this is a guitar that is made for kids and/ or smaller hands so obviously there will be some comfort issues for adults, but I can't help but try. It just has an inspiring musicality to it.
My seven year old daughter has no problem whatsoever playing it and chords ring out clearly and without much effort. in short, it's a perfect start up guitar if your children are at all interested in learning to play
Probably best for ages 5 through 10, and it's well worth it to give them an early start.
I'm surprized by the sound of the instrument
The tuners need some tightening with a screwdriver and that's all, you get a lot for these money.
Neck.
For the price this is okay. However, the neck at the nut is too narrow to play easily. At this price though.Hey!
Ideal for Travelling
Bought this to bring on a summer spent hitch-hiking and generally travelling around Europe. Fell in love with it as soon as it came out of the box. It is not a good guitar, nor did I expect it to be for the price. The fingerboard is designed for kids and not my thick fingers. The tone leaves a lot to be desired and it took a full week of constant tuning before it would stay for longer than one song. It does however, have soul and I hope it will have a few stories to tell by the end of the summer.
