An excellent starting point for music production beginners
I'm absolutely satisfied with the Steinberg Kit, for that price it delivers an excellent selection to start producing music.
The DAW is easy to work with, even as a novice, the interface good as well. I'm unfortunately no expert in keyboards, but the midi controller that comes with the set is alright to play and the library has a nice selection of sounds. Both the mic and headphones are alright for the start, but I would recommend upgrading later on, especially for the headphones, them not being too linear in the bass range.
But overall - an awesome set to start with.
A really good choice for a beginner
I had wanted to start a small, personal home studio for a while but was put off by the amount of things I had to research. This kit has everything and I've been using it for around 3 months now.
The only complaint I have is that the software takes ages to install and set up and is, in my opinion, needlessly convoluted. Still, it was done is a few hours so not that difficult... just somewhat irritating.
