Can't say for sure...
I bought it for having a chance to export files in multiple formats (DDP image, various AACs etc.).
If you are used to Cubase it's rather ugly, the interface and shortcuts are different despite being both Steinberg products and there is no control room, meaning that if you are used to listen through speakers and headphones through different channels you can't have them both.
I don't get the point of a mastering software...Cubase already has enough metering options for having the same overviews and feels like a big price to ask for something that doesn't revolutionise the music industry anymore :/
