That's a good small violin. There were all 4 fine tunes, but one couldn't work because there is a too big gap for a small screw. Otherwise the violin and the bow are great.

I am not a violin-player. We bought this for our daughter as a beginners instrument. The sound is not so impressive. It keeps tuning and plays the selected tones but with no sustain whatsoever. But the build-quality is what surprised me, feels very well built and the finish is excellent. So considering that my daughter will grow out of this violin it feels as a very good starter instrument. The bow is replaced now after a few months. The horse-hair gets stuck in Velcro holding the bow on place which resulted in that all the hair falls of.

Bought for a very young child who couldn't have much of an opinion. It sounds obviously a little thin because of the size but I can speak to how nicely made it is and it is a "cute" little thing. Our child was very excited to get this!
