A great spring reverb
Kind of harsh to give it a 3* handling rating, because you know what you’re getting with a real spring reverb like this.
The Metal is a superbly clangy and clashy spring reverb. It’s not for subtle or ambient sounds! It’s big, sensitive to being kicked, needs to have the bit of sponge removed for use, needs high current 12V power… but it’s all worth it because it makes me play.
