For the price; against = nothing ...

These are ultra cheap active nearfield Studio Monitors, two for the price of one of the more well known lower price active nearfield monitors.

Or in the same price segment as better PC-speakers.

Maybe they will not win a direct comparison, but they do the job. All sought after features are covered, they sound ok flat and very clear and can go loud without rattle. They sound better then I had expected for the task(bedroom DAW), so I have no problem recommending them for similar usage.
