A key tool for a compact studio

I bought this keyboard because I needed a MIDI controller with proper pitch and modulatiom wheels for my vintage rack synth. I wanted full-sized keys but did not have enough space available. This is probably the only 25-key MIDI keyboard with full-size keys om the market so the choice was clear. I have been pleasantly suprised by the quality and versatility of this product. It feels sturdy, looks good and has lots if features. Tasks such as selecting a MIDI channel can be accomplished swiftly and easily usimg the keyboard itself (this may seem awkward, compared.to javimg dedicated buttons, but there are very helpful labels to ilustrate each function and the space saving it affords is definitely worht it). The pitch and modulation wheels are smooth and accurate. The key bed is servicable, though not top of the range - hence one star less on handling than on the other departments. To conclude I will let you know that this little keyboard has quickly become a the central point through which I imteract with all my other gear in my little corner studio. (If you want to see it im action you can watch any of myore recent videos on Youtube.)

Sturdy keyboard that delivers what it promises

There's nothing wrong with the features - but they are also not exceptional. The knobs feel good, as do the buttons, and the mod/pitch wheels feel very natural. MIDI and USB out are both available, but since there is no separate Power supply hole, you wil lalways need to have it connected via USB to power it. The keys are just a tiny bit too "sluggish" for my taste - in the sense that they have about as much resistance as an actual piano. On the other hand, nothing here feels flimsy. It's all about personal preference in the end.

Sturdy fellow

This keyboard is pretty awesome because it has 25 full length keys. It doesn't have lots of MIDI functions as novation, arturia, M-audio or Akai, but this is robust, metal housing 3kg heavy tank. Excellent keyboard for home studio production.

Sturdy durable controller

This is a very well built MIDI keyboard that is easy to use. It may not be the best looking keyboard but it will endure life on the road if needed. Good feature set altough a few pads would be welcome. Recommended.

Swissonic MIDI keyboard

Great priced midi controller which works well and feels good to play.

The large keys make all the difference if you manually play in a lot of chords. No fancy stuff to talk about, only that it is perfect for simply adding MIDI input on a DAW. There are better, fancier controllers on the market, but for this price range this product is great!

Cons: Can't find any (for the price!)

Conclusion: Very well done!! :-)

Great Midi Keyboard

I bought this to use with soft synths and sample libraries in my DAW. I am not much of a keyboard player but it certainly suits my purposes. I have no complaints.

Nice and easy MIDI keyboard

This accessible model is easy to handle and doesn't distract you with lots of fancy features. Therefore it is suited well for beginners. Although there could have been a few pads like with the AKAI that would be helpful for drumming parts, it is still a nice and compact MIDI keyboard.

Build quality is okay but for this money, you can't expect any more. Allround a great buy for me.

Would recommend it if you are looking for a first MIDI keyboard.

simple but good

I use it to just play simple lines with virtual instruments and to do bass lines with a bass synth module. For this use is quite perfect, a fine keyboard with long sized keys and a good action, featured with very basic midi commands. It always worked properly and it's built with sturdy materials, so I have nothing to complain. For the price a very good product.

Well priced, heavy

My first MIDI keyboard, not really intuitive, rather heavy, had issues with hooking it up with other gear, then sold it.
