Excellent

Great snare, The Police was my favourite band and Stewart Copeland was my idol growing up. this is a perfect complement to the Paiste Bluebell Ride to get the sound of one of the most distinctive drummers! It's heavier than it looks, very sturdy so make sure you have a good solid snare stand for it.

Mmm. This sounds like a crisp gunshot when you have the tension cranked up with a coated Ambassador up top. Very satisfied; you can never go wrong with brass, or Tama, for that matter.

A Quality snare from TAMA and a living Legend

I was considering purchasing a metal snare when I discovered this beauty. As Stewart Copeland is one of my drumming heroes I had to buy. It?s a quality snare with a die-cast batter hoop, a triple-flanged bottom hoop and a very thick metal shell: so much louder than my old Tama wood snare. It is a little expensive but if you compare it to the price of other non-signature metal snares it?s a bargain.
