Chrome drum shell hardware
All drum shells are made from walnut and feature 6 plies, 5 mm thick for the tom toms and floor tom, and 7 plies, 6 mm thick for the bass drum
All Star drumshells include a special bearing edge, featuring a 3.5 mm peak position from the outermost ply-layer, thus ensuring optimal contact between the drumhead and the shell
The inner plies/bearing edges of each drumshell feature a luxurious hand-applied oil finish
The tom toms are equipped with the new Super Resonant Mounting System in combination with the new Quick-Lock tom brackets
Floor tom legs feature a soft rubber construction, designed to absorb vibrations
Bass drum spurs are a unique 2-piece construction - Metal spikes are separated from the rest of the spur by rubber
Hardware lugs and bass drum claw hooks offer minimal contact to the drum shell
All tom drum shells feature diecast hoops
Drumheads: Tom toms and floor tom: Remo Ambassador Coated on the batter side / Remo Ambassador Clear on the resonant side
