Electric Guitar Effect

TC is very good but not this pedal
I couldn't find a single use for this, selling it after 2 years of it just standing on my pedalboard.
Great pedal
This pedal contains 3 effects: chorus, flanger and vibrato. Every effect has 2 modes. I think of mode 1 is for clean guitar and mode 2 is for distorted sound.
I mainly use this pedal in Chorus mode 1 setting for clean sound or for metal rhythm (80s vibe). Flanger 2 setting will give you nice Van Halen Unchained sound.
Of course this pedal also contains Toneprint technology. Toneprints are premade presets that can be downloaded to the pedal. Great feature.
This is great pedal (it looks cool also) especially if you like to change modulation modes but dont want to have 3 different pedals for that. Sound is also very good. Would buy again for sure.
Save space in your pedalboard
I find it really nice that you can have 3 very useful effects in one pedal. Easy to use and excellent sound that fits very well both distorted and clean sounds.
Good quality with some good sounds.
I bought this pedal as I was wanting a flange effect for one song in our set list and my old flanger had died.
I already have a TC HoF and Flashback so knew they had some good sounds in them, so thought the Dreamscape would be versatile and sound good.
I didn't fully appreciate this isn't really a 'jack-of-all-trades' pedal, it's a Pettrucci signature pedal and as such is designed around his needs and his setup, and for me, sadly it just isn't working out.
I'm using a PRS 594 through a Friedman Smallbox.
The flange effect on the pedal rounds off the high end so much that it loses fidelity and doesn't cut through as well as I'd hoped when using distorted sounds.
The other settings work well, the chorus is nice as is the vibrato. The bright/dark switch doesn't go far enough to brighten the flange sounds. I have tried deep editing using the TC editor but I still can't get a flange sound I like from it.
The Dreamscape is now taking over chorus duties on my board and I went with a dedicated flange pedal, which which hindsight, I should have gone for in the first place.
The peadal is built well and the knobs have a good feel to them, although under stage lights you can't see where they're set being chrome.
Decent pedal overall, but not for me and my setup sadly.
Versatile modulation
While JPs presets may not be exactly to my taste, having chorus, vibrato and flanger effects in one pedal is actually very handy. Plus the tone print feature makes it way more customisable. For the price, I don’t think there is a better option on the market. Not a huge fan of the bright blue LED, but love the soft foot switch and TC’s chassis design in general. Also TC is one of the few brands that work well in my Mesa Mini Rec fx loop.
Nice
I bought this instead of getting Corona Chorus. It uses Corona's toneprints, so any sound corona chorus can give you, so can this pedal. It also includes two presets from shaker vibrato and vortex flanger. I'm not really into flanger but it sounds nice, and I love the vibrato, I think I'll use it more than chorus. Nice pedal, the downside is when it's turned on, the light is too bright. And fx level knob doesn't give you the same level with every setting. If you want to keep your volume as it is, you should set the fx knob at maximum, but when you switch at other effects, it'll give you huge amount of fx.

The pedal replicates the famous tones very accurately.
I was not able to download any toneprint from my smartphone through the app, but managed to do it using a PC.
The pedal supports toneprints created for 3 other TC Electronic Pedals: Corona Chorus, Vortex Flanger and Viscous Vibe. So basically you have 3 pedals in one.
What I did not like is how bright the LED is. It really makes the player blind, so try not to look at the pedal often.
Good chorus and flanger pedal
Good chorus pedal with additional effects.
Pros: Solid, responsive and compact pedal. The choruses sound good, sweet and transparent. The second flanger is usable as well. The pedal has notch filters for bright/normal/dark tone switching which is nice. Special thanks to TonePrint technology with dozens of presets you can download from the library.
Cons: The front LED light is too bright and blinds me when I try to recognize knob position, particularly in the dark.
Overall: I like it, the pedal does the job.
Fabulous pedal
This pedal is simply stunning. Luscious chorus and flange sounds, quiet operation and hugely versatile.
This is the one you should buy. Forget the others. Save your pennies and buy The Dreamscape.
