Great Box for guitar amp sims

Bought this box to be used with a real amp or with amp sims and a power amp. Why? Just to be able to simulate a wide range of guitar cabs. Used with a Mesa/Boogie MarkIII and an amp sim on the effects loop. You could add just an impulse response, add effects or run a full amp sim there. This setup is a lot more versatile than using a real guitar cab. The frequency response is rather flat, just a bit recessed Mids.

good but need EQ

they sound good for the price but need a little EQ to sound good overall. at higher volume the mids can get loud and harsh (as to be expected from a cone tweeter). they lack sub, nothing happens there, not even a hint of it.

for this price you can't expect any of that.

Not the best

I used to use this for DJing at functions and I was nearly praying every time I used them. That might have been poor usage of them on my part. The speakers were great when they decided to work though.

Magic.

I have these a few years now. First got them to stack on my previous 12 inchers to make up 4 ohms speaker load at bigger venues (higher decibels), to completely use my power amps capability, 500 Watts per side, the 4 speakers took a pretty hard beating all afternoon and evening with vocals, harmonica and a complete keyboard with bass pedals. Friends in the audience were happy with the sound from 25/30 meters away. I expected to have some "blown" drivers, but these little guys, shared the load with my old 12 inchers, took the punches and fully survived.

Amaized and pleased, I have used them many times since for some larger gigs.

"budget speakers", but very capable.

Good robust sound

No compliant about the sound and general performance. Been serviceable since purchase and used many, many times.

The only issue encountered was the plastic sockets for the stands broke on both speakers, but it was possible to repair them

Value for money.

Great speakers, with very good specs and range. Classic design, easy to handle and install on tripods for instance. Very good product for the money and they sound very well.

Affordable and quality stuff

Very affordable speaker, with quality sound. Recommend for small gigs, reharseal rooms, acoustic live shows!

I have been using a pair of these with Behringer PA, taking in 4 voice microphones, 1 acoustic guitar, 1 miced instrument, all sounds coming with nice detail, no distortion at all. N

Good solid lightweight speakers

Good value for money and has worked well in smaller venues with no real problems to report.

Excellent for the price.

Very good for monitoring

I bought a pair of these speakers for monitoring.

They are very lightweight and can be transported easily. The frequency range is very good and they sound lound and clear.

They are not made for big stages or to be carried all day because they don't have any corner protectors. And don't be fooled by the 560W peak, it just means that it can handle 560W without get any damage, but it's not about volume.
