Replacement 10"amp speaker

Wow what a difference, I replaced the speaker in my Fender Hot practice amp after the original speaker started to disintegrate around the edge of the cone, and the difference in the quality of sound is remarkable, a much better base and treble response. I am delighted and can now enjoy practice again

I already have some 12 inch from the same series and have been well impressed with the frequency response of these. This 10 inch is also amazingly sturdy and powerful with the air cooling ventilation. I have what I really wanted - a speaker that does NOT peak at 3kHz! and has excellent bass response. I am experimenting with piezo tweeters and just await some new stock of 5kHz crossovers. This will give me what I really, really want!

Big sound from a small bundle

This was a real find. I had acquired one of these 10 inch mid/bass drivers some time ago and was looking for a second to match it when I spotted this one which carried the same serial number. They are loud, punchy and very smooth, and work well in a small PA setup with a piezo horn, delivering a big sound way beyond their small size. Great value for money!
