One of my mic is not working now

Not perfect with receiver TWS 16 PT 863 MHz

I purchased the solo handheld and expected it to work with the wireless unit TWS 16 PT which I got a some time ago. The handheld will connect and signal transmitted, but the quality is poor, unclear and muddy. I tried using different channels, handheld setting and mixer settings but the sound quality did not improve. I compared it with a wired Shure which was crisp and clear.

The receiver TWS 16 PT does not have the ADL feature and I expect that the handheld would work much with the correct receiver.

The handheld is solid build and appears good quality therefore 4 stars. I though found it somewhat heavy (+400g).

A sound purchase

I was very pleased with this microphone, it obviously can't compete with much more expensive items, but the differences are minimal.

I have used it for singing and spoken word and it coped well with little feedback.

I bought this to replace a broken transmitter of a different make (Samson) and thought I may have difficulty setting unit up, but I was wrong, simplicity itself

As good as more expensive models.

Does the job really well. Good range and the signal is clean and noiseless. Excellent wireless mic for singers or public speaking. As hood as some of the more expensive models i have tried.

Hand held transmitter (UK frequency)

I purchased this additional hand held to compliment the lapel system and another hand held system I have used all summer .. These systems work in the same way as another well know brand work, quick sync the units, balanced output, takes AA battery's, lock handset and comes with rack ears, but at a fraction of the costed of Senn.....

I used this system with a matching system in a 2u rack at 3 carnivals this summer, were the presenter was walking about the field making all the announcements but keeping in sight of the receiver that was places at the front edge of the stage and had a strong signal around 20 metres distance, Indoors it can be placed at the mix position of 30 metres approx without any problems .. if set at monitor mix position there are no problems at all, I will be buying more of these systems as I need them and recommend them for all kinds of events .. "At this price you can't go wrong".
