Excellent but doesnât last
I bought this wireless system in 2019, and the first 2 years couldn’t have been happier with it. It worked beautifully and the sound quality during my gigs was great. After 2 years however, I had to get the belt unit replaced as it stopped working completely, and now after 4 years it’s time for a new wireless system altogether. Great product, but not forever.
Perfect beginner tool with price to match
The receiver looks solid but the clip seems a tad flimsy, I'm satisfied with the battery life. The power/volume knob is reliable, however, a surge of sound upon turning teaches you to plug in your in-ears after the fact.
There is also a decent level of noise coming along with them, but I'm not sure If it's related to the receiver or matching transmitter.
The earbuds are anything but the best, but I did get some use out of them in a live scenario and they did the job. No sound Isolation and practically no bass, but I needed them to have the percussion and a clicker in my ear so they did the job they were required for.
The best part is that I can purchase several of those and have them all synced with the same transmitter if one is not too picky on sharing the same mix with other musicians. Might be a common thing for wireless monitors but I was happy with the notion.
Honestly, you could do worse, and for the price, you can't really do much better.
From Pro Showdrummer
I have had IEM100 monitoring system in use about 10y for now.Cos I handle a lot of pyrotec in unusual way bought cheapest one. At first w 3 bodypacks. No great sound I was looking for but just reliable in ear system. In conditions I work no one will ever. Winter 25 cold, summer 35 heat usually outside. Not once let IEM me down, not once. Lately one of 3 bodypacks had to be replaced due to deformation. And... no problem.Works great! Dr Trumm - Ayee on YT ... not a salesman.
Best at this price
Its OK for this price but I recommend changing the earphones to a better one.
Very nice little receiver
Does what it says on the tin! Use your own headphones if you have your own preference! Great value for money.
Good starting point
Got these to try out an IEM system, have to say i was impressed by the sound vs price on this dont have a comparison but a great system for the money
No Cigar, Poor Bass
We tried this out for about 10 minutes and decided there might be a use for it, but not for us. It was east to set up, the equipment worked as well as could be expected but Bass respeonce is poor, and also cymbals was not good. If you only want to hear your guitar I suppose it would be ok
Good for the money
I use these as a backup for my PSM300 and the few times I used them (and I tried a lot of the other cheap ones like LD and Ebay stuff) I find these reasonable with noise floor and disturbance when moving around. Because these don't hava a limiter there are limits to what to use them for but with a pair of good headset you lower the noise floor and also easy to remove if feedback loop occurs.
Great little receiver, earphones not up to much though
Good additional Bodypack receiver for the T.Bone IEM 75R. They work great and the range is sufficient for even the biggest stage. The only downside is the included ear buds which are not up to much. Yes they work, but a good set really helps with the sound quality.
Second unit
Frequently interference disorder.
With an original earphone it is not good.
I use Shure - SE215. That's good.
