An eye catcher, it spoke to me. Take me try me out you will not be dissapointed

Walking through the store shaking with excitement I came upon this lonely instrument, almost out of sight hidden away on the uppermost shelf. It reminded me of a song from Cohen. "Bird on a Wire" I struggled to get it down from it's purch, I panicked looking around for a bow, a sough one lying crucked on a stool and I seezed it. My heart was beating ten to a dozen, far more than my Cardioologist allows me . I did not care . I put the bow to this lonely fiddle, tears came to my eyes, I immediatley fell in love , with it's tonal qualities, my fingers went up and down the finger board , the excitement was over whelming. I had to have it. The price was so low , I wanted to freely offer more. The assistant packed it heartfelt in a box. I knew now what it must be like to adopt a child, this feeling inside you when you get with the smell of a brand new vehicle you bought . I want the device to be my partner on the remainder of my musical journey. What a buy .... a feast for the senses :>)

Very good violin for this price

I can say that it's really good 5string violin for this price. The sound is not so good, bit I think that it's because it's new instrument. I will change the bridge for strings for more comfortable playing.

Better than expected

This 5 string acoustic violin is decent, better than I expected.

I have a good 5 string electric violin for so many years but I wanted an acoustic one. Since I didn't have much money I decided to get this.

The price was only for the violin. So, no case, no bow came with it; just the violin with 5 strings and 5 fine tuners.

I was prepared to make some adjustments to it, but so far I only needed to replace the strings (I recommend Pirastro Piranito), and dig a very small part of the bridge. The C string that came with it was definitely unplayable: not tight enough to produce a solid sound. I use the one from my electric violin (I can't remember the make) and it sounds decent. The chin rest was too small and uncomfortable I will have to replace it with a bigger one. Overall, I do not regret buying this violin! I am happy with its sound and playability. For the price it's actually a 5 starred 5 string violin.
