Thomann CTC-50 Red Reviews
Lightweight and easy to use.
Supports multiple different instruments, display is very easy to read, colour scheme is coherent, and works straight away once the battery is placed.
Nice and handy
Very good and product. Im using for tuning acoustic guitar and ukulele. Very easy to use, got buttons easy to touch quick, lcd is clear and nicely visible.
works well
cheap and cheerful. works well
Fonctionne mais peu robuste
Tout est dans le titre. La pince est fragile, faites attention!
Great little clip ion tuner
I go through these quite quickly. Usually they either fall or just die but this one has lasted almost a year with no problems. It has a nice display with the usual tuning options and is sturdier than designs I have bought before. I recommend this particular one highly
Clip-on goodness
As a person who has never used a clip-on tuner before: this thing is amazing. I can just leave it clipped to my headstock and not worry about where I left my tuner. Using the tuner is very straightforward. It does what it's supposed to do well: tune. In addition, the price is very reasonable. Can't think of any cons really.
All in all: very happy with this!
Cheap and yet quite good
I'd say it's great value for the price: nothing bad to report, it works perfectly and it's accurate. You can set the A frequency reference from standard 440Hz to 449Hz and choose among several operational modes: chromatic, which as you might expect recognizes the note you're playing, or guitar, bass, violin and ukulele modes which instead show you the string you're playing on your instrument. Definitely recommended.
Does the job
nothing extraordinary, it does what it supposed to do.
accuracy is good, visibility is good. for that price; it is well built
perfect tuner
never let me down, Easy use and clear display
highly recommend
This is better than the expensive clip tuners.
I've bought a ton of clip tuners over the years. The really cheap ones have minor issues with tracking, because the spring inside is not as tight, so they can be a bit slow with tracking the pitch. Nothing major, they work fine. I've found the more expensive ones can have this as well.
This is a different beast. Yes, it's a monstrosity (although mine has a slight metallic shine), but the display is really nice. I expect this would be very nice on stage.
The knobs feel good. The display can be turned exactly how you want it. If you want it poking out the back of your headstock, you can see everything just as clear as the other way around.
I think this is not the same as the 'Snark tuner', but for this price, it's a no brainer.
Definitely recommend!
Great little tuner
Fab tuner, does what it says it will, recommended :)
Great quality for price
I tried it with my electric and bass guitar, very easy to use.
Colors are easy to see and the head can be adjustable and turned around. And overall build quality is good enough.
Not Bad for This Price
I used this tuner for guitar and ukulele. Piezo sensor works fine. Its size is not too big. But I'm concerned about material quality. In addition, it is a suitable tuner for everyone thanks to its structure that can move from many different parts.
Nice tuner
Nice tuner for the money. The swivel isn't the best but can't really complain for that kind of money.
Just what I needed
I use this tuner clipped on my ukulele, and it does exactly what it needs to do; once clipped on I'm able to turn the display just so I can see it without straining. The display is very precise and provides clear tuning. With modes to be used for a variety of string instruments. Also looks pretty classy. A bargain!
Kids can use it
Bought it for the kids, they seem to use it for a ukulele just fine.
Very nice
Simple to use and acurate.
