Bought this speaker for busking around London, had it about 6 months and it hasn't let me down. Battery life is excellent, hasn't died on me once - in fact it hasn't even dropped below the 2nd LED battery light, but then I typically only use it for up to 4 hours at a time. Sound quality is very good for the price. It maybe loses a little quality if the volume is pushed high, and I tend to notice my vocal competes with my guitar a bit at high volumes, but it's not a serious issue. It's nice and sturdy and easy to transport with it's wheels. My favourite bit about it is how compatible it is and how nicely the front panel is set out, making plugging in or connecting via bluetooth very easy. Having just purchased the s10 it was a risk with it being a new product with very little reviews etc. However, unboxing it and revealing the premium quality of the unit itself I was impressed. Turning it on and connecting to my phone via Bluetooth was probably the quickest and most easiest I have ever came across and I am a speaker nut. The sound was instantly powerful and on the warmer side so the bass was felt straight away. I have connected to my laptop and my dj gear and the DSP setup in this unit is very well done as you get that lovely low frequency hum at low volumes which I am a fan of very much. As a mobile DJ who provides ceremony music (sometimes outdoors), I have been on the lookout for a battery PA for quite a while. Not beeing so keen on the column systems, and a genuine hatred for the cheap pretend PA speakers sold in supermarkets, I was delighted to discover this model and being Db Technologies, I thought I'd give it a go and it didn't dissapoint! In fact it is so good, I bought a second one! The sound is clear and punchy and has a good coverage when up on a tripod. The wireless microphone included isn't too bad either. OK, it isn't a Shure or a Sennheiser, but for what it is, it's perfectly adequate. It is my day off and I am building another patio in my garden - I went to my warehouse and picked "Berry Battery" with me - came back home and placed it under umbrella 20 meters from my doorsteps, where I was sitting with my iPad - connected via bluetooth - iPad was connected to internet via wifi through three walls and about 8 meters - I had couple small dropouts - but since it was raining I did not start roaming around to find out if it was bluetooth or wifi. I'm extremely pleased with this speaker. I'm using it for busking and the quality is just great. The volume is super high, the battery lasts for ages, it's sounds loud and clear... everything I wanted. You should know that if you're planning to plug a guitar into it you should get some sort of preamp to color the sound, the spaker is extremey transparent and not suitable for use as a guitar amp. I wish the wheels were a bit bigger and the telescopic handle a bit longer. I'm on the tall side and it can get a bit unconfortable to carry around. The included mic is cheap plastic but it actually sounds good! It would be cool if it had a line out so you can get a second one and use them in stereo. Completely recommend this product!

Sound is very good for it's price. Bass is suprisingly low, mids and highs are clear and overall sound can be very loud without distortion on high volume. Battery is fantastic, after 5 hour reproduction on 80% volume I still had 20% capacity left. Overall quality is excellent, build quality is solid. Android application has major flaw - APP DOES NOT WORK IF GPS IS OFF, stucks on Scanning. Just turn GPS (location services) on and it will work from Android 6.0 and newer. Without application device setup is complicated since there is no dedicated buttons for volume levels. Overall speaker is excellent for the money.

I'd say it sounds good for its price range - nothing stellar, but good enough. The battery's capacity is very generous. The features are pretty good. It can be a bit loud when necessary. It's not as sturdy as pro PA equipment, but I wouldn't call it fragile either. In mine, there's a tiny bit of hum coming from the transformer (not through the speaker, but through the panel) when plugged into the mains - even when switched off. It's not really an issue, except I wouldn't keep it plugged near my bed at night.

Bought this product after a lot of searching for a personal, portable PA for a wandering acoustic act. We work it by wearing one each, running either guitar or vocals through a headset mic and phantom power pack. They're not overwhelmingly loud, but do amazingly well for their size, and exactly what one needs to support the voice or instrumentation without being over the top. Pros: Tons of headroom so they don't distort even when really loud. Great battery life They look sleek, and are lightweight enough to carry for a good two hours without problems. Lots of input choices. Cons: No XLR input - bit of a shame but not the end of the world. The hinge on the battery port cover is a bit annoyingly placed, so if you put the thing down flat, the cover doesn't open properly - could see it...

I am using it with woodwind instrument and backing tracks. Sound is very good and loud for size. good features and smallest top line speaker in market. I am not happy, that battery life is only up to 6 hours when using backing tracks and in xlr input on 75 % loudness. 15 hours probably when you use only backing tracks on low volume. Its little buzzy when it comes very loud, probably because its light. With bluetooth sound is louder, and if you use cable for ipod, than you heard some little noise and it not that loud. But overall its good speaker for price and features. If 6 hours is ok for you than I recommend it.

I wanted an allround speaker as a practice amp for singing, acoustic and electric guitar, bluetooth playback and the occosional jam session. And I love how this speaker facilitates all of that.
