Thomann Metronom 330 Reviews
Superb Value for Money
I ordered a few of these for my students last year. Their robust and easy to use. They are incredibly cheap compared to the brand name equivalents on the market. I would highly recommend them for value for money alone. I also have a personal preference for wind up metronomes as opposed to electronic ones. I find that playing the violin acoustically in such close proximity to the ear that electronic metronomes can at times be inaudible. If you want to try a wind up without breaking the bank you can't go wrong with this one. There's plenty of acoustic volume to cut through during loud acoustic practice when necessary.
Great piece of kit!
I'm learning classical guitar and I wanted to occasionally use a metronome to gradually increase the speed of trickier bits of music. This does the job excellently and is much more pleasant to play along to than a drum beat. It has a function where you can use a bell to change to different time signature and the pendulum obviously plays the beats within the bar. Only slight point against it is the it was really tricky to open the base of the unit to take the protective foam out.
Great
This metronome is every bit as good as others that cost around 5 times more.
The plastic finish is surprisingly sturdy for a product in this price range.
It has improved my playing dramaticaly. I would recommend this to any guitarist that is looking to improve.
Good quaility
Ths metronome does what its supposed to do. Its loud enough to hear over my guitar. This is really good for beginners to keep in time. In total this is a great metronome for a great price.
tick tock
really excellent device - highly recommended
Metronome
Good solid metronome and a fair price
Great for the price
Great metronome for the price! I had a small problem when it arrived though, the bell wasn't working. I opened it up and noticed the hammer was just short of hitting so i had to do a bit of fine tuning with some pliers until it was in the right place. Bit annoying but after 5 mins effort it works perfectly
excellent
very professional packaging and quick delivery. product has good quality. I'm very satisfied with the service. thank you!
Precise metronome
I found this metronome quite precise. It's a little bit louder to my taste but that can be easily solved putting it over a padded surface. For transportation you need to open the metronome and fit some padding. Every time I do that I got a little bit scared because you need to press the case until you ear the bottom "pop". I already knew that the case was made in plastic, nevertheless, I now regret not buying a wood one, because, altought the plastic seems to be of good quality, it's too shiny for my taste. I think that the bpm could be printed/marked way better than they are. Overall is a good metronome for what you payed. I recommend.

a little bulky - not in the same league as its electronic counterpart

Great value for money, looks good, sounds good, works well....
Tick Tock
Have had this metronome for a while now and it does exactly what it should do at a fraction of the price of some of the traditional 'wood' ones. It is clearly marked and winds up easily. It is also robust - I admit to having knocked it onto the floor a couple of times when tangled up in my piano headphones - and it has survived without even a scratch. Good value product.
