Great sax for beginner or "casual" player
I love this sax, after a little experiment with different reeds, this baby can play!
Everything you need to start
Sax is beautiful, case is excellent, sound is very good. Maybe some notes are a bit unsharp, but it could be me. I am not good player. Strap is a bit uncomfortable, and mouthpeace cap is a bit too large. I have played fairly expensive Yamaha before. This one sounds almost thus good. I call it 'My precious'. Case, sax, mouthpeace, strap, cap, three reeds (1.5, 2, 2.5), grease.... Open, assemble and play!
Great value for the price
Great beginner/student sax. No frills but decent sound and it's easy to play.
Purchased for a beginner.
I wanted an affordable sax for my daughter as she wanted to learn. The sax looks great and sounds good. I did have to send it to an expert for an adjustment as the sax teacher informed us that it was slightly off. This was a relatively quick fix and cost me 50 euro. Overall a good product.
Great product
With nothing else than a love for the Sax and is wish to learn to play one, I bought this. I cannot tell you how it compares to other higher value Sax, but I learnt to play on it (I have had it 18 months) and have no problems.
People tell me it sounds good and I cannot disagree. I did replace the mouthpiece on advice to a Yamaha one, but still noticed no real difference. It's not hard to learn to play and with this not having any mechanical issues, it made leaning easy.
No complaining from, a superb beginners instrument and for me, all I need at the moment.
Good for beginners
It's not the best, but more than enough for a beginner like myself.
Great sax for beginners
This is a very beautiful instrument witch is very good for beginners, great tone and goor response from keys. Incredible for this price really recommend this instrument.
AMAZING STUDENT INSTRUMENT!
This instrument out of the box works well. My beginning band has about 10 of these saxophones and they are all holding up well. These are beating some of my older saxophone models like Yamahas, Conns, and Amstrongs. I have found these to be very in tune, easy to hold, and are a great beginner model. I highly recommend getting these instruments for your beginner students!
Amazing value
A great beginner sax for the money. Both the sax and case are great quality, and the sound/playability are excellent for such a budget instrument.
I’m only a beginner but this instrument has been perfect for learning on. I haven’t had any issues with it but I’m no expert so can’t say how good it is compared to another inexpensive saxophone.
