best choice for smaller violins
my daughter is using this strings since she began playing with her 1/4 violin. small violins are lacking lower frequencies with boosted higher frequencies and steel core string sets are not helping, practically causing worser. dominant strings are balancing the sound with minimal sacrifice from volume.

Very nice sound with this set of strings
This string set was recommended by my daughter's violin teacher to replace previous strings and improve on the quality of the sound. Very nice sound now at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
