Mini Attenuator

Anti neighbour complaint machine
This is a great way to control volume and get the very best out of your tube amp. The built quality is very good and you do not lose much tone. I use it with my Marshall sv20 which is extremely loud and would not be fit as a bedroom amp without this attenuator. 5/5 would recommend if you need to tame your amps volumeðð»
The best
Needed an attenuator for the Mesa Boogie Mini Rectifier. Tried the fryette power station, the Harley Benton and the ironman. The best was the ironman. Great sound, great dynamics, feels most like the amp. Prefered the mini to the big one because it doesn't need power to work and it's enough for the mini rectifier.
Amazing acquisition!
I bought this to use with my Marshall SV20, since it is way too loud and doesn't have a master volume.
It's amazing to have so many options to attenuate your amp with quality without paying more than 500 euros. I feel like there is some minimal coloration on the sound, but I could be mistaken. Either way, I can get many amazing sounds on the amp while using this device.
The high cut option is noce, but I don't really like what happens to the "Marshall sound" when I use it.
I would also have liked to have more impedance options, because I don't find it worth it to pay double the price for the bigger Iron Man just to be able to use 16 Ohms.
All in all, I really love this piece of gear. I use this one for my Marshall cab and a Torpedo Captor 16 Ohm for my other cabs.
It is a load box too!
Fantastic device...reduces volume, keeping the tone.
Another great thing is the lineout quality for recording directly to the interface.
....and best thing: it can be used as a loadbox. If you reduce the level all the way down, you can use it with no speaker (according to the manual). I am glad I bought it!
Amazing attenuator
I tried to record without the Ironman II Mini and then record the same tone with it at a low volume (you could hear the guitar strings acoustically) and the resulta were the same.
Great staff for small room
I use it with tube amp Marshall DSL20HR at home and I am sure, that this attenuator can release all power of your amp with great sound! This device will show you a huge diffrence between using a tube amp on low master volume level with high risk to disturb your neigbours and using it with normal master level and acceptable loud, especially with high gain. I was afraid, that it reduces sound quality, but since I got it, I don't see any alternate to use tube amp at home without attenuator now.
Simple in use and good quality.
For such price there is few features, but I bought it only for good sound quality at low volume and I got the desired.
Also, there is no any active cooler inside, so you will not hear any extraneous noise.
