If you bought the device you know that the "bag" provided with it isn't good enough. It does highly depend on your use case, but if you ever want to bring the controller outside, even in a backpack, you'd be much safer with this case than without it.

The Rane Four is a big heavy controller, so having this case not have a built-in laptop shelf (which I don't prefer anyway) cuts down on weight and size. I also really like the padded handle which is not common compared to other manufacturers (Ody, etc). The build quality is what you expect for a heavy-duty flight case, and the foam configuration allows for a lot of cables to fit underneath. Highly recommended!
