I have tried many different pairs and I found my hands and technique are very much compatible with those. As an extreme metal drummer I may suggest at least to give a try. Suitable for heavy use due to great balance of the stick, great weight, enough to really feel what you are using. Fully satisfied for the last two years I am using them.
