Great machine...

Great sounding filter, and (for the size) good sounding spring reverb. Quite versatile machine that can fill your needs for filtering, mechanical reverberation, distortion & saturation.

The addition of LFO & VCA circuit combined with possible filter resonance enables the machine to enter into synthesis territories especially for percussive sounds, kick drums, effects.

The spring crash feature is awesome, especially because you can trigger it externally.

Very versatile

This is one solid piece of equipment.

The build is great and the sonic possibilities are much more versatile than any other spring reverb in the market today.

It is very easy to use and highly recommended for any one who is trying to make their spring reverb mixes pop out more and be a bit more unique.

Not strictly necessary, maybe, but the sound! the sound!

I'm using as "multifx" post a Soma Lyra 8 ... Sensitive to vibrations and little noisy, but do you will kick your cat because he's purring?

Very good analog effects unit

This is analog so it is not the most versatile effetcs unit, but for what it does it does very well, you can add some good character to any mono sound source as a synth, drums, vocals etc.. It is a keeper, I need it in stereo so I have two of this little beauty. As a cons I could mention that it will add some noise to the signal, but it will be just a little as any good analog gear out there.

Lots of sonic possibilities

Great form and looks, solid construction throughout and the knobs are very tactile. It probably wont satisfy you if you are looking for a good quality spring reverb, however, it's a great tool for creative sound shaping and general mashing up duties. Cool for spacey dub FX too as the filter self oscillates in a nice way. Does require you to invest some time to realise its full potential. I've been running synths through it, parallel FX for guitar parts, and putting some breaks/drum loops through to add some spice and colour. Great all-in-one FX box and very unique.
