The hand-wired VHT D-Boost FET clean boost pedal is a faithful replica of the FET input circuit found in the most sought-after D-style amps
While the original FET circuitry was built into the amps, not switchable by footswitch, and offered no external level adjustment capability, the VHT D-Boost pedal expands the versatility of the design by adding footswitching capability and an external level control
A true clean boost pedal with enough clean boost to significantly overdrive the amp
Can also enhance detail, clarity and harmonic complexity at more moderate level settings
The D-Boost's footswitch has a large aluminium "topper" and is surrounded by a blue LED ring to indicate status
