Unique Stick
Bought some of these MJC2s to partner 5As in my stick bag for lighter playing. Very different to anything I have tried before. With an elongated tip and graduated taper this stick feels very agile and responsive. would recommend as an alternative to 7As.
Extremely versatile, great quality sticks!
I bought these predominantly for jazz and I'm impressed! The length and different shape of the tip really allows for you to control the kind of sound you want out by playing it more flat or more on the tip. I love being able to do this as it means I can change my sound according to the genre and style very easily, while still having the same weight and size of stick. For the quality, just like nearly every Vic Firth stick, great quality and won't break easily. A must recommend for any modern jazz drummer who wants to have a versatile and fun to use stick!
