I have been using VF 5A's for many years which I am still good with.

Gave NE-1s a try and happy with the overall feel. Slightly larger butt end than the 5As but with a longer taper and barrel tip giving good feedback off Cymbal ride with nice tonal clarity to boot. I Like these.

Perfectly balanced

I knew I was going to love these sticks as I was a big fan of Mike Johnston’s Vater 2451 sticks. These feel pretty similar, but I think after only a few hours playing with them, I think they’re an improvement on the Vater version. The balance is absolutely perfect throughout.
