Vic Firth 5B American Classic Hickory 5-stars Reviews
Good sticks
Easy to use, very versatile, good quality, balanced drum sticks... Good for concerts, studio, practicing... I recomend this drum sticks...
Excellent drumsticks.
These are excellent drumsticks. They are consistent in tone, weight and quality.
I especially like the balance and the tone from the teardrop tips.
feel great.
as a vic firth player since a child, i've alway loved them. 5b for quieter shows, 2b for heavy. this stick are always well balanced and feel great. nice tip gives crisp cymbal tone. weight is always just right. never had a bad one.
Fat sticks!
Nice sticks if you want a slightly bigger/heavier stick than the standard 5A, also ever so slightly longer than the 5As so the balance is still phenomenal. Used for recording and live performances for a "Phatter" sound
stable quality
after years of playing Vic Firth, the quality is stable as always. if my first sticks weren't grind to death, I bet you couldn't tell the difference to actual ones.
You can trust in Vic Firth
Ive used many brands of sticks in my playing career of 30+ years but now only use Vic Firths as they are the only ones that seem to endure my heavier style of playing and they also have the perfect weight and balance for what I need.Ive also yet to come across any warped or misshapen ones -s omething you won't find with cheaper sticks.
The standard
I'm very contented with the Vic Firth 5B drum sticks. They are well balanced and not too heavy. I use them for playing rock and funk music, but they work for all kind.
The material is tough. So don't be afraid of crashing your 22' ride. It works ;-)
Drum sticks
I just use them with my practice pad and very seldom on a real drumkit so I can't tell you much about their longevity but I like them. Handling is great quality is great and the price is good.
