Legend Reborn
Warm, very dynamic, very quiet, creamy... All of this were Old Violectric v200, v280 and v281 sound signature and V222 comeback here to its roots.
+ You get smaller footprint than v280 and v281, much much better paintjob and nicer overall design, More quiet amp overall also.
- I can only detect 1 downside and that is a lot smaller stage than balanced output v280.
All in all its great amp, but there are cheaper Chinese amps with wider stage and a preamp!
Ofcourse 1 could argue that you pay more for legendary German reliability and prestige.
