Vox Valvenergy Silk Drive
Effect Pedal for Electric Guitar

Latest User Reviews
Nice
Been using it on a hollowbody for getting a bit of bite without distortion, and works fantastic for that, makes a warm tube sound. You don't get battery- operation with this, but that's not a problem, recommended.
Qute and cool
using as preamp for some reason
One of the very best Amp in a Box pedals
I am fascinated by AIAB pedals and own many. This is perhaps the best. The bright switch is more than it appears, as it adds an aggressive upper mid focus that transforms the pedal from a beautiful controlled semi clean to a rock 'n' roll fire breather. IMO the nutube technology appears to yield real benefit: it provides a very smooth, touch-responsive transition into saturation, but beyond that has a subtle 'tube' feel going beyond FET-based distortion circuits and having less midrange transistor artifacts.
