We bought this bass guitar for my 15-year-old daughter so we could jam together and we were pleasantly surprised. Unbelievable sound quality and build is silky smooth, its a heavy beast so we still have to buy a strap. Cannot recommend it enough, the neck is really smooth and has been expertly crafted, it has a glossy black design/finish, which makes the silver strings pop off the fretboard. Once we had tuned it in the pitches were glorious. We will be using this to help my daughter learn the bass, the only con I can think of is there are no real apps out there that tune a 5 string bass, so that's not really anything to do with the bass really, we made do by using the app Yousician, tuning it to the classic bass guitar tuning on the app. Overall the bass is sensational, we love it!

This is my second bass and my first 5 string, and I was blown away. The finish is really nice, the tuners hold tune for days, and the pickups have clarity. With some added mids from EQ, it has a good metal tone. Very good bass!
