Only 1st Order ambisonics

This can only decode 1st order ambisonics, fine for youtube uploads but not great for more detailed work in HOA

Must have for Ambisonics

If want to work on Ambisonics but don't want to spend multi million dollars to a studio with 100+ speakers that will surrond you in every direction, you can do more or less the same with this 100$ bundle.

Only it had 2nd or 3rd order ambisonics too.

Great choice for a bedroom/garden/park/train studio

It will probably take me some time to move from my bedroom studio into a good sounding, acoustically treated, dedicated room - it's the usual budget issues... So I've got the NX and it was the right choice. My setup sounds like a proper mixing room regadless if I sit in my bedroom or go with my laptop to a local park. As long as I use the same headphones it really sounds like I'm in the same room.

The cons?

- It's a bit weird to hear the speakers which are not there - it is a good idea to close your eyes and imagine them once a while :D

- The power management of the tracker could be improved, but this is a tiny discomfort comparing to the benefits..
