It's really great, except for some features..

I think the software is really great as you are able to select out of number of different category of sounds, change attack, decay, effects, add to favourites on the go, really fast and easy. The thing that annoys me is that you can't change the preview loudness, some sound are pretty impactful so it would be great to have an option, right now you have to change the volume of the whole vst track, and then change the internal volume balance... oh well can't please everyone right? I recommend this plugin, it's great!

Great management of samples

When you get enough drum (or other) samples on your computer, managing them becomes a pain. This helps tremendously. Plus the included loops are great.

I have so many drum machines and drum sequencers - this I like using the most!

Excellent UI makes using XO a breeze

Greally great sample manager and the built in library sounds are excellent. The UI is the best in the business and it makes it so much fun to use, you really feel like you're using a well designed tool.

The sequinecer is fun and has some unique features.

Feature wise, it wont completely replace battery for me. Sample editing is basic and layering/round robin isn't possible but I think this is meant to be a quick tool to find great sounds rather than a sampling powerhouse. None the less, more functionallity in this department would be very welcome .

Overall I'm super pleased with this. It feels inspired and is inspiring to use. I wish it had some more advanced features but they've focused on the experience which is second do none.
