Excellent guitar for the money
Yamaha really does make a great quality instrument available for a lot of people. I love this the sound of this guitar. Try it out. You cannot go wrong with it.
Very pleased
Everything is brilliant. One potential minus - there is no knob for the belt installed. Other than that a perfect guitar, recommended.
amazing sound, best guitar for the price
i was a bit sceptical how good a guitar can be at that price range but i was pleasantly suprised, it sounds very clear and chimy but still a bit warm, i would say its focused on the mids, the finish is smooth ans silky, no complaints on the tuning keys either, only thing i should mention its the absense of a cutaway and the fact that the action is a bit high for my liking, but dont get discouraged because the pros are surely more than the cons on that amazing sounding instrument, outstanding VFM!
Simple
Just does wat it needs good sound and playing is fun on this one
Serious quality
This is my second Yamaha FG acoustic guitar, my daughter commandeered my old one of 6 years. The tone and the sound quality is just amazing for a guitar this inexpensive. The action, intonation and general playability is professional standard. I wish there was a 12 string version available ... :-)
Great guitar
All of it is true what you read on the reviews, its a great-great piece of an instrument.
Great Guitar
Great sounding, well made, far far better than just a beginner guitar. Just a great guitar across all skill levels and price ranges. Choose a from a several copies and get one...
First guitar, very happy
This was my first ever guitar and I was very happy, the only issue I had with it at first was that the strings felt a bit harder and tougher than others I had tested but overall very happy.
Great value for the money.
Well made guitar, sturdy but plain looking. Plays easily with excellent tone and sustain. Action could be a bit lower but easily fixed. Delivery was tracked all the way and the item arrived on time. The time slot “By end of day” might be narrowed down a bit.
Impressive value for money
Punches well above its weight in build quality, playability and tone.
It holds tune exceptionally well, it has nice sustain and volume, and it's just a joy to play. Ideal for beginners, but it won't disappoint more seasoned players looking for a budget option.
It seems Yamaha take their budget guitars as seriously as their premium instruments. They haven't cut any corners, they've simply used cheaper materials in the construction to keep the costs down.
Very happy with my purchase.
