BEST STUDIO MONITORS EVEN THAT LACK BASS

I've been producing music for 10 years now. I have been into electronica, house, minimal house. I have had KRK, Adam A7x. The speakers I mentioned have a fuller sound and bring a lot from the frequency spectrum but at costs of what?

Looks like HS Series from Yamaha are made to unleash the potential as they are flat. I work on low volume. HS 5's are great for translating the sound in other Sound Systems. Even tho they lack bass I found them very good for the rest of the spectrum they cover. Sound stage is in different level. Speakers that don't lie to you.

If you want to add low frequencies, you can pair them with the a 150W subwoofer and here you go. Light weight and portable. For my bedroom they fit the best.

Perfect for a small home studio

I got this for my own home studio for mixing and it is perfect as an entry level production gear.

If you want to buy this, you will not regret

This monitors literally satisfied all my expectations. Bass is not loud but I think this is what I needed from studio monitor. Nothing emphasized. You can check your low frequencies with good headphones.
