Good instrument, good quality
despite being entry level instrument, this yamaha violin is a good instrument and its quality is good and comfortable to begin studying.

Excellent violin
I purchased this for my 8 year old daughter who has been learning violin for three years. This is her second violin which she is very happy with. It's a well made instrument with a beautiful full sound. My daughter can now produce much richer and fuller tones than with her previous violin. The only issue is that the case does not have back-pack style carry straps, otherwise we are very happy with this instrument.
