Firstly, this guitar kit is great to learn about parts of the guitar on, and also to learn how everything works. On top of this, making your own guitar is fun and can be a challenge.

The parts are of decent quality, and the finished guitar sounds okay. With some new pickups it may sound much better. The guitar is like a blank template for your designs and can be painted on because of the unfinished wood. When you are assembling it, no soldering is required because the wires clip into slots. The guitar also has a decent tremolo bar. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants a cheap guitar to learn on.
